Awful communication, unprofessional, unhelpful, and lazy. The amount of times I've tried to email them, call them, come into office to speak to specific persons and have gotten fobbed off for pathetic reasons is beyond what I can remember. Had problems from the start. When we moved in (after paying the "£100 cleaning fee upfront" to be utilised for when we left) we found that the apartment had not been cleaned a lick since I viewed it 3 weeks earlier - this is bearing in mind that the previous tenants would have paid this same "cleaning fee" as it is obligatory. Dirty walls, filthy chairs, a colony of dead flies stuck to a lampshade - and this is in a £1000 per month city centre apartment. Throughout tenancy, as said before, unhelpful and had to repeatedly waste time and money going into office and calling them relentlessly. Absolutely useless. If possible, avoid them and save your time and money.
