We were 100% happy with the service we received in selling our property. Numerous viewings were arranged at times to suit us (which is tricky with a baby and toddler to work around!) and we received 2 good offers. Adam at Guildford kept in constant contact with us throughout the process. We would definitely recommend Bourne over other agents we have had experience with in the past.

I have just sold my property in Guildford and cant recommend Bourne too highly. They were extremely competent and pleasant to deal with. The whole selling process took under 9 weeks which was very much down to Bourne's efficiency and knowledge of the Guildford area....

I am trying to deal with the above comments and must stress at this point that no complaint has been made to the offices to deal with. Furthermore Damian Hartigan does not deal with customers so I am not sure why his name has been mentioned. Finally if the tenant has been put in contact with the landlord it will because the agreement is for Let Only service and we are not managing the property. What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have been more diligent in ensuring the appropriate repair was done in due time. I have not heard from Bourne for more than a week now.

Bourne has provided a dehumidifier and, although some of the root causes are no longer present, such as the damp weather, I have had no resurgence of the mould. Cristina and Lisa have remediated the situation in a very efficient way. Marco Calhorda ...
