A leak from another flat in our block was causing issues. Heather took control of the situation by contacting the landlord of the respective flat and requesting the leak be addressed. Received regular updates on when the flat owner responded acknowledging the issue and saying it would be resolved right through to final resolution.
So pleased that not only was the issue well dealt with it wasn't left to us to constantly check on status, this was provided without request!! As it should be whether there's something to report or not!
Thankfully the outcome has been a positive one & all has been resolved. Makes for happy clients!!

Comment on agent fees
This issues is covered by our monthly property management fee of ‚£37.50. Money well spent in this instance; certainly hope every other has a similar result!
