We have been impressed with the service from Blythswood Property Management so far at Montague Apartments which is a new development (we got our flat last June). I have found Lucy is very approachable and always responds to enquiries very quickly. I am very happy that the common areas of the property and the gardens are being well managed on our behalf. A few issues have arisen - for example the main door was damaged - but I never feel problems are being ignored even when they are not always easy to solve.
The accounts issued to us are transparent and we are provided with a complete breakdown of which contractors were used, what their prices are and our share.

None of us enjoy paying bills, but the accounts issued to us are transparent and we are provided with a complete breakdown of which contractors were used, what their prices are and our share. Full details of providers and proposed cover for the annual insurance renewal were also shared and we were able to agree on which policy looked best value. The actual management fee seems reasonable.

Lucy is very responsive and pro active. She has undertaken to resolve problems within a few months in the property that were not resolved over a period of years with our previous factors. She is always helpful, and when away, others pick up the issue....

Very keen and quick to help, costs are fair and they only give you information that is relevant to your property. We have used them for nearly a year and there haven't been any disasters, i've never managed to say that about any previous factors ...
