Absolutely atrocious service. Staff are completely incompetent and the primary purpose of this estate agent is to slow everything down and make you pay money for stupid things (i.e. a reference when moving out). If they say they will call back, don't believe them, they never will.
Glad to be away from them, hope to never deal with such imbeciles again.
