I've never bought a house before and was very impressed with Helmore's service, from all of the staff that I spoke to. I was kept updated with everything that was happening with the sale, from agreeing a price to completion. I can't compare with other agents, but I'd certainly recommend Helmores.

I thought the fees were quite a lot, but then I'd agreed the fees as part of the deal, so am happy overall

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
