Awful experience, complete cowboys.
Purchased a property through Sapphire Estates, under closed bids last and final offers. Only to find out a month down the line they have accepted a higher offer and if I do not up my offer I am out of the running. 2k spent on fees and they simply say its nothing to do with us. Bad Practise.
Would not recommend to work with Andrew or Colin, very unprofessional, further more writing me a letter advising me they are disappointed in my response.
Unimpressed.
