Poor, Poor, Poor.
Complete lack of organisational skills and they seemed to find it very difficult to keep you informed of progress of the purchase or the requirements of any bank transfers.
Luckly I was in close contact with the seller of the property or this purchase would not have been completed. The seller told me the date he could move out and the exact price he would accept, but 2 days later the Aberdein Considine called me to inform me that the price for £1000 less than he had informed me and that we could move in 2 months earlier. This absolutely wasn't the case. They simply didn't listen to very basic instructions. Also very difficult to get intouch with the solicitor that is dealing with you case.
Once again, Very Poor!
What agent could do to change your mind?
- Listened to the very basic requested of the buyer and seller.
- Gave much much clearer details of how any bank transfers would work and the documentation needed.
- Organising themselves much much better.
