Unexpected fees, long waits for repairs, inability to contact when required, vague responses to specific questions. Everyone I speak to in our property has lost faith in the ability of Redpath Bruce to factor our property and we all question that they are working in our best interests and not their own.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Seem happy to ignore problems and repairs required, but are very quick to send out their invoices. They charge extra fees for having to deal with problems/repairs; in my opinion, dealing with these problems is part of their job, for which they are already paid.Attached Filesnbsp;
