I have had several dealings with Caroline Kitt from Seymours and on every occasion have found her to be helpful, act quickly when problems occur and get a solution sorted as quickly as possible.

She always maintains a friendly disposition and is easy to talk to. Helpful when needed to be.
Comment on agent fees
Who is ever happy having to pay fees, they weren't the most extortionate but still seemed a bit steep but they did get the job done and that was the most important thing.

Extremely bad! Want £450 admin fees for phone calls + inventory check in but they do the check out! + reference fees + + + .... anything you can think of. Generally passing you to several people and no one knows what they do. They all have memory loss and you can end up with your accounts empty!

Thank you to the Seymours team for all the hard work and efforts in getting our house sold. Seymours were professional from the start until (Saha for Selling our house and Clarissa who managed the whole process from the sale to completion) the end always keeping us in the loop about what was going on.
