I received a call saying that the tenants boiler had broken and that repair could not be affected until after the weekend. The plumber was saying there was a delay in obtaining the part. I ordered the part online to arrive directly with the tenant. Shane organise the plumber to come and do the installation so between us and we achieved could result. The tenant is happy and the landlord is happy! It is nice to meet the company with sum flexibility. thank you
