Had Keats to let our property -

Discussed on a commission when the manager came for a survey,
the commission went up by 2% when i got the paperwork- i recalled the conversation, returned to the discussed rates.
This was a short time let and keats mentioned all the monies shall be paid upfront.
When i checked the deposit there was just the first month's and Keats kept the remaining money - had to chase them up after two weeks the money was sent to our bank.
Now the tenants left 4 weeks ago and i had given a clearence to release the deposit, the tenants yet to recieve the deposit and i am yet to recieve the bills which should come off the deposit.
they have not responded my last six emails.

Calls - the same answer given to me ten days ago-

I shall vist the agent and see what they have to say.
Cant believe that i have paid for this frustrating experience.
