I was tenant with them for a year. Over this period I did not have much interaction with them. But I did notice that there was lack of communication amongst the staff and they never called back even if they promised to.
I was disappointed when it came to getting back the deposit when i was leaving. They tried to charge me more than double the real amount which I found out only by calling the landlord myself. I felt cheated and quite evidently the attitude of the staff has been sleazy.
I would not recommend this agency to anyone.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Be fair in their dealings.

Really unorganised, no recollection of previous conversation, makes broken promises, really unreliable branch, really REALLY bad management. Being a landlord, I pay them 10% commission and still have to do a lot of chasing up myself. Please avoid and tell your friends and family....
