Great at getting you in. Terrible, aggressive and extortionately expensive thereafter. We found our property through the Balham branch and it is now managed by the Canary Wharf branch. If you want them to do anything it will take forever and cost you an arma dn a leg. They currently want £384 to change one name on the tenancy agreement. If we don\'t pay this in advance, it seems we can\'t get a new housemate in to pay the rent.

They have also, along with our Landlord (perhaps at his insistance and/or under their suggestion) pursued an extremely aggressive approach towards us, accusing us of misuse and negligent damage to the property for minor faults and breakages with fittings and fixtures which were faulty from the outset.

It seems that we may need to join the list of people who are taking up their completely maverick approach to property letting with the Property Ombudsman.
