I have been very disappointed with the service of Winnard and Brown. This is the first time I have let a property so put the introduction of a tenant, collecting the rent and maintenance of the property with Winnard and Brown. However during the 5 months the property has been rented I have had to deal with the tenant on several occasions, arrange repairs myself and provide details of British Gas cover so the tenant could get repairs to the boiler done. Winnard and Brown also failed to inform the tenant before they entered into a rental agreement about certain problems. Stating that I had not put these in writing, I had assumed that having mentioned them to Winnard and Brown action would be taken, a novice error I will not be repeating. I strongly recommend that if you want a good service please use another agency.

Responded quicker to both my queries and those of my my tenant
Been more diligent in assessing maintenance quotes

Having looked into your comments further we understand that you provided the tenant with your contact details and so they did make contact direct with you without our knowledge. As a result you provided them with contact details of British Gas cover.
With regard to the 'certain problems' that you relate to, I did explain at the valuation and several times afterwards that you have a legal obligation as a landlord to maintain all parts of the building. It is regrettable that you did not agree with the same, but nonetheless the legal obligation remains and we always do our utmost to ensure that landlords comply with their obligations.
