I have used Aldborough Estates to buy from and sell from before in the past, I have just completed on my flat and am very happy with the service and the drive to get everything completed in my interest.
They also helped my find a tenant very fast so my btl mortgage is paid from the very start, thanks guys....

Comment on agent fees
Only charge 1% plus vat on selling No charges if you are buying, like some agents in London nowdays do. Rental for a tenant find is only 2 weeks rent plus vat so cheap again.
