Brilliant agents! I'm moving tomorrow - it could be 3rd time lucky (my house was 'for sale' twice previously) but it really wasn't luck that prompted the SOLD board outside. Real reasons were:
Julia - totally professional, competent and so skilful in communicating with me and my buyer
Panos - reassuring, always so positive and inspiring confidence in Bradley's ability to sell my house
Lisa - always willing to follow up my ongoing enquiries

Comment on agent fees
Bradleys really put the work and effort into earning their fees. My house didn't sell itself. Bradleys ironed out any doubts, answered any queries, chased any problems, were always available. Its a fair price for a an excellent service.
