It's interesting to read the reviews above, as my experience does not quite compare. I tend to ignore one star reviews wherever I may see them in any case - on Amazon or whatever, as the authors tend to have problems closer-to-home!
I have found that Cumming Turner have managed to do all we have asked, albeit, we do have a couple of rented properties in our block and it takes a little longer than desired to get repairs moving because the absentee landlords seldom agree to anything. If I have to level any criticism at all, it's that responses to telephone calls can be a bit slow, occasionally.
I think before having a go at the Factor, one should examine why they aren't able to do their job. Is it truly a matter of the firm's competence?

worst company I have ever dealt with,emails ,phone calls plus letters of complaint over 5mths and still no answer to charge of work not done.I am going to make formal complaint to owners about the way their staff treat customers and charge for work not done.Do not ever use them they should be struck off. ...
