GP were the letting agent for a property we left 10 months ago. They still haven't returned our deposit, despite numerous emails and telephone calls. We are now being fobbed off with "Admin North" are dealing with it. Desparately bad and incompetent service resulting from staff having no understanding of the ARLA guidance concerning deposit return.
So I would recommend that no-one uses GP, as it would seem that whilst the local agent can be as nice as pie, when it comes to it, the central admin section will let you down and it is a grunt to get your, yes that's YOUR money back.
