Ryder & Dutton handled the sale of our property and, from the outset, I was delighted with the service I received. Michael Hodson valued the property and we had a discussion about what price to market the property at. Michael explained about other similar properties in the area that had sold/been marketed recently and asked my opinion on price. I felt that he was knowledgeable and had a good sense of what price to pitch the property at to sell. Indeed, this was proven as, when our property went up for sale, it was instantly getting lots of viewings.
Gabriella Shiels was brilliant at negotiation and, as we had a number of interested parties, she was able to get three offers at the asking price for us. She was able to advise which was the best purchaser to proceed with taking into account their circumstances. We had these three offers in the week after our property went on the market. We thought it would be for sale for ages so to say that we were over the moon would be a massive understatement.
I feel that Ryder & Dutton have professional, knowledgeable, friendly staff and are the best Estate Agent by far. I would highly recommend their services and would definitely use them again if I were to sell another property. Thank you for a first class service.

Comment on agent fees
The fees may seem high to prospective sellers, however, the knowledge and expertise is what you are paying for. Ryder & Dutton contacted potential purchasers that they knew would be interested in our type of property, generated many viewings, and they worked very hard for their money. Online estate agents seem to be all the rage as their fees are "cheaper" but you get what you pay for. Our friend has had her property advertised for a year and a half with an online estate and has paid out fees but has only had a handful of viewings and no offers. Her property is in a far better condition than ours and should have been snapped up by now.
