The Agent, never send statements, bills receipts, closed the office, did not pay rents collected from tenant
make 2 different leases, one for me the land lady and a different one for the tenant, I have no knowledge of what is going on with the tenant's deposit, no information of being in any of the schemes.
Rented the flat with out my authorization.
I wonder, if there is some one else with the same situation with this letting Agent.

Letsville has now ceased trading
