The reason Helmores have been in existence for such a long time is because they are experts in their field, and this will become very obvious once you start using them. They (in particular Rona) can remember your name from many years previously, and has a genuine warm friendly manner which puts you at ease. There are regular updates on proceedings, questions always answered, and, they will do what they say they will do. Both Rona ad Lauren are very good at their job. finally the goody bag/ breakfast bag was a nice touch and this highlights Helmores do attend to the small things as well.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
