Firstly we have checked all our records and we only have one property in HA3 at £1000 pcm, and this has only been on the market with us since 10th November, yet you said you have seen this advertised for one month.
We have checked our records that property and cannot find any applicant who booked an appointment for a property in HA3 at £1,000 pcm, where the negotiator did not turn up. We also cannot find any applicants called Amit who wanted to see such a property. Also, we cannot find any trace of contacting anyone after a viewing to ask for details of the tenants and then not calling back.
Furthermore you said that you spoke to the tenant but this would not have been possible as he is not staying there, and sends a representative who barely speaks English, but we do not understand that you mean where you say “he always asked them to send the agent the details but doesn’t ever rent the property or call backâ€. This is not the case as the property is still rented to a tenant that we introduced, and is not available to rent again until 8th December, so it is not true that “the agent doesn’t ever rent the property†as it is currently rented.
With regard to the variations in the price advertised, we advertise it at £231 per week, which actually works out to £1,001 per calendar month, but we are aware that some of the property portals do round up the weekly rates to different monthly amounts, which is why you may have seen the same property advertised at slightly different monthly prices.
As it does seem that you have got your facts wrong, or have mixed us up with another agent or a different property, we would be most obliged if you could please retract your review, and perhaps you could please contact us by phone or email so that we can discuss this matter with you and confirm the facts. If we know your name or email address or phone number we will be able to trace your history of viewings with our agency through our records.
