Appalling standard of 'professional' service. I use the term 'professional' loosely. Where to begin? Credit checks not performed properly, meter readings not given to utility companies, the world and his wife being given keys to your property without your knowledge or consent. Friends and relatives of said company who let themselves in! Refusal to divulge complaint details or management structure. 24 hr assistance telephone number staffed by persons who pretend not to know the company! No complaint details given on their website. Add to this harassment, bullying, threats of unlawful eviction and attempts at being pursued for other tenants rent arrears, not to mention downright lying, the unanswered calls and unresponded to emails, as well asinventing fanciful and ludicrous claims to keep your damage deposits. Throw in criminal prosecutions and investigation by the local council! KEEP WELL CLEAR!!!

We are having a disatrous time with them, and have been TRYING to get answers out of numourous problems since January 4th and still have not responded! They ignore e-mails and only tell you information in verbal, which is 99.9% lies and then are trying to claw at our damage deposits at the last minute! We are in dispute with them and they ignore everything we e-mail them.
