Expensive... However, very respectful and encouraging attitude.
The property sale makes you nervous and impatient, but all the members of staff in Helmores are VERY patient, positive and always trying to keep you in good spirits throughout the process.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
