over four years failed to get repairs done,or take a simple message,fails to register deposits with safe deposit Scotland,pretends he has,fails to return deposits to tenants,despite a final inspection at key handover everythings fine,until he then charges you for alledge repairs after the fact ,that where false in order to steal your deposit,obody in that business has one shred of real estate knowledge between them ,it is also being investigated by trading standards at present ,advise you to stay clear of this rip off merchant,.
What agent could do to change your mind?
after this experience ,I suggest that they take a course on people skills,but that is just them and no course would help them I don't think,but they should follow the law and register tenants deposits,the owner is not registered with any estate agency accreditation,ad it shows clearly the way they run their office as a criminal enterpriseAttached Filesnbsp;
