Amy was great from start to a very long finish. It was a difficult time with the sale being ready to go a long time before I finally found a house. Then so many complications which Amy dealt with professionally and for me more than anything, sympathetically. It has been very stressful, so much so that I almost pulled out of both sale and purchase, but Amy remained calm, optimistic and practical at all times. It was never a nuisance for me to call her to ask her help, nothing was ever too much trouble. So Amy, a very big thank you for all your fantastic help, support and congratulations when finally we did exchange contracts. If you want a great estate agent, use Helmores and ask for Amy.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
