We relocated from Shropshire to Devon, primarily for family reasons. Over a four month search we saw a number of Helmores' properties and on every occasion viewing arrangments and information (especially about flood levels when near rivers!) were 100%.
A lovely touch when we finally did move into our (very) new property was the welcome pack of a Devon produce instant breakfast sourced from a local farm shop. Nice idea, much appreciated!

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
