My aunt sold her property through Bradleys, and to support her with the move, myself and my husband were involved. Throughout the whole process we found the agent to be very helpful and friendly. They kept us updated regularly and advised us where necessary. We have found the agent very approachable, and over the time period feel that they have established a very good, professional working relationship with both my aunt and ourselves, sufficient to say that they understand her requirements in relation to finding suitable properties for her to buy in the area, and this has now happened quickly with their help. My aunt has found a property that suits her needs personally. We would unreservedly recommend this agent.

The agents fees were higher than some cheaper options but the final selling price achieved was much higher than the suggested marketing price of the "cheap" agents so even after the fees we were still well ahead of the competition.
