While we felt Nabil, who dealt with the viewings and signing of tenancy agreeements etc, was very friendly and helpful, the issues began after we moved in.
As other people mentioned here, Robert is very rude and frankly very unprofessional. Repairs are either not being carried out or only after chasing them several times. Their contractors are not the most skilled to put it nicely. I am not exaggerating, they tend to need 4-5 appointments to even fix simple things. One repair cannot be carried out - this is something we were only informed about after moving in. When talking to Robert he tends to give me the impression that I am in the wrong (even tough I am not). He does not appear to understand that the commitments that come with full time employment make it difficult to wait around for a contractor that may or may not come and that may or may not be able to fix the issue.
I'd love to get in touch with the owner as he and us are paying for an appalling service.
