Terrible service.
Rude, unhelpful staff, including the owner Geoffrey Clapp.
Totally ripped off with fake admin charges out of our holding deposit.
We have asked on several occasions for charges to be itemised and copies of bills. They refuse.
Avoid at all costs. Totally unprofessional incompetent agency.
