We were very happy with the service Goldin Lemcke provided in selling our flat and purchasing our new home. Simon was very candid and helpful when he valued the flat, and did an extremely good job of marketing it. That was the easy bit, but Simon and Ebba worked hard to keep the chain stable despite the best efforts of the solicitors! With excellent service from Simon throughout the sale he managed to keep the plates on the sticks despite numerous hiccups and delays, so we would not hesitate to recommend Goldin Lemcke.
