I have been using Make Your Move for about 6 years and been very pleased both with the help to improve my adverts and the patience from the team when I have been overseas whilst setting up interviews. I have 3 flats and I have recommended the team to several of my friends.
Comment on agent fees
I have just paid ‚£75 + VAT and it is the first time I have paid money out. Of course I preferred it when it was free for the landlords providing the tenant paid for a credit rating.

they dont rent very well because they ask tenants to fill in their life story before they even accept a viewing. Why would you need to know a tenants date of birth, full salary, marital status EVERYTHING! ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Estate agents in any form dont have the best reputation but this behaviour reaches a new level. A major overhaul of staff, computing system and some basic manners would be a start.
