I'd just had a bad experience attempting to sell my property through another agents in Exeter so checked out the reviews for Bradleys which were excellent so I rang and ended up speaking to Cathy who was brilliant from the off, positive in everything she said, took on board my concerns from my previous bad experience and once we'd agreed a fee had a fantastic brochure with great pictures to me within a few days.
It was then no time before I had a number of viewings and an offer for the full asking price within a matter of days.
Cathy and Robin were then both so good in helping, keeping me informed and even helping me to contact a neighbour to assist in queries arising from local searches etc.
They have been excellent the hole way through making it as stress free as possible and I cannot thank them nor recommend them enough.
I have purchased and sold numerous properties during 30 odd years in the housing market and they have been far and away the best.
If you're looking to sell then look no further. Brilliant.
