Terrible does not begin to describe my treatment
I had to vacate shared tenancy and informed them of fraudulent misrepresentation and drug dealing carried out within the property by the other occupying tenant -they ignored this.
From a £600 deposit the blamed me for damages of ridiculous justification, in comparison from when I entered the property;
Dead flies surrounding all windows, with pheasis
Dishwasher full of soiled dinner wear harbouring bacteria
Mould on ALL soft furnishings
All walls covered in scuffs and dust
All electrics not safety checked
All light fitting housing incorrect bulbs, causing over heating and combustion in kitchen and bathroom
All windows unlockable
Laundry left in washing machine
Mouldy food left in various cupboards
Broken appliances
The Staff;
Quick to accuse
Verbally abusive in phone call conversations
Unapologetic when they were clearly incorrect
Unhelpful
Money grabbing
Highly incompetent
Personally insulting
Incoherent
Appalling administers
Inspections - unjustifiable inconsistent
Overall a complete joke shop.

Absolutely terrible. Property was ok but getting them to do anything when issue's arose was a different story, they are quick to take the money but useless when it comes to the service... I bet the landlord gets charged for it though regardless....
