I rented a property through local lettings a few month ago and when I was wanting to leave the property they was so so rude and horrible they bullied not only me but other members of my family at the point I was 6 month pregnant and under a lot of stress. They also waited 2 month to give me my bond back! I would never use them again and wouldn't recommend anyone to use them as Libby q member off staff they is rude and very vicious and made a young pregnant lady very upset.

This company are truly vile human beings. I remember when we viewed a property to rent, we asked them if the cosmetic problems with the property would be fixed and they said yes which was a complete and utter lie. Once we moved in they just said that the problems would not be fixed despite telling us that they would be as this was a condition of moving in ! Every time we called them they were rude and aggressive to the point of actually shouting at me ! They really need to go on a course about customer relations as they are just rude and nasty ! This company have been awful with my neighbours and I, they rented the house next door to me to a nightmare family and despite many complaints from 8 residents they moved the family to another of their properties and put another relative of the same family in the property. I am in contact with the council about this letting agency. They do not care at all about people.
