There service was shocking, we had 3 estate agents value our property at £225K. We decided to use Poole Townsend and after a week they came back and tried to get us to remarket the property for £190K
Their brochure was a complete let down, my 5yr old girl could have taken better photos
After 3 weeks we took it off the market and went with a different estate agent who provided an excellent service
