Words cannot fully express, how amazing Tracey is. She has gone that extra mile to ensure we were able to find a suitable property. When no other agents were willing to give us a chance, due to my husband being ill with cancer, both myself and my husband were in a diffIcult position. Tracey Ramsay took our circumstances into consideration and said "don't worry, I'll find you somewhere to live". She did not give up the search until she found us something to suit our price range as well as making sure it was the right size. We are extremely grateful for all her help. She is an asset to the company, exceptionally great at what she does. We are 100% satisfied with the service we have received. Big thank you again to her, she's our lucky mascot since then our circumstances have changed for the better too.
