We interviewed a number of agents to sell our property and Simon Lemcke stood out from the start. His experience and knowledge of the market was obvious and they were the only option for us to go with. The team in the office were always helpful and responsive and made us feel like valued clients. The sale went through quickly however the settlement proved tricky and there were many stages where we thought the whole thing may have fallen through but Simon's expertise and understanding of the situation steered everything back on course. We were more than impressed that it went through in the end and have a lot to be grateful to Goldin Lemcke for! I have no hesitation in recommending Simon and the team - if you want a true professional to handle your sale this is the agent for you.

Simon was prepared to negotiate on his fees but I declined as I think they are very competitive and worth every penny.
