Engaged Beckley to deal with the purchase of a property, I was given an estimate for the work of £750 and a completion date, neither was correct.
Stay well clear of this lot, I was buying a home, given an estimate of £750 for the work, got a terrible service, when I told them to stop they took nearly £7000.00 from my funds in the client account. Complaint upheld by solicitors complaints and trading standards. See other peoples bad reviews on other sites seems it is not just me who has had problems here.

What agent could do to change your mind?
If they had Worked efficiently and professionally, advised if fees were going to be any more as soon as they had gone over the estimate, not wait until I stopped the work and have nearly ‚£7000.00 taken from my purchase funds, just a little different than the ‚£750 estimate. Never completed purchase, I had to engage another solicitor to do the job properly.Attached Filesnbsp;
