I used Goldin Lemcke as they were recommended to me by my sister and they offered the most competitive rate. I was impressed by their pro activity. When I instructed them they immediately arranged an open house and although that wasn't successful, they kept up a high level of viewings over quite a long period of time until the property sold. They were good about keeping in touch to let me know how things were going and I felt really were concerned about representing my best interests when negotiating with potential purchasers, rather than just seeking to agree a price as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend them.
