I found both sales staff warm, friendly, and amenable - in other words - human! Their rapport, was good. They listened well, dealt with any queries promptly and communicated clearly and honestly between the vendor and myself to assist conclude what I believe was a mutually satisfactory deal. They were not 'too pushy' and remained patient despite a lengthy delay before completion. Just right in fact.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
