From the viewing, through negotiating the price and on to completion, in what were difficult circumstances James at Helmores was very professional and kept us up to date through what was a very long process with a difficult chain. Nothing was ever too much trouble and were more involved than any other agent within the chain. I would happily recommend buying or selling through Helmores.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
