Terrible! Allowed tenants furniture to remain in property for over a year without payment. Would undertake major works on property without notifying me at tenants request and then billed me. Many months I received no rent at all due to this. Very biased towards tenant. No good for landlords. Similar stories from landlords who are friends of mine. Don't use them!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Consulted me before billing me and not returning tenants deposit without consulting me.
