Right from moving into the apartment till the check-out we have had problems with the agency. There is no response to your issues. They are there to sell only until you sign that agreement and pay the deposit to them. They don' t understand the meaning of 'Customer Service'. It' s been 4 weeks since I moved out of the flat and I still haven' t been paid the deposit back.
