I have never had the displeasure of dealing with any company with as bad an attitude towards their customers - or as they see them - taxpayers.

The assertion that there is an improvement from the Solitaire days is utter nonsense, nothing has happened except for an even bigger propaganda push to try to drown out the increasing clamour of dissent and uprising against the shysters that are OM/Solitaire/Peverel, I can only imagine that the review was written by an insider as part of the current propaganda campaign.

DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY - THEY WILL TAKE YOU TO COURT TO FORCE YOU TO PAY DISPUTED ACCOUNTS. THEY WILL NOT PERFORM REPAIRS REQUESTED FOR AT LEAST 18 MONTHS. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU 300% OF THE ACTUAL COST OF THE INSURANCE FOR YOUR BLOCK. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU THOUSANDS FOR "MANAGEMENT" WHEN THEY DO NONE. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU HUNDREDS FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU TO PAY THEM BY DIRECT DEBIT (YES, REALLY!!!). THEY WILL NEVER ANSWER LETTERS. THEY WILL NEVER PROVIDE INFORMATION REQUESTED. THEY WILL NEVER RING YOU BACK. THEIR PRACTISES HAVE BEEN BROUGH TO THE ATTENTION OF THE OFT WHO ARE SHOWING GREAT INTEREST.
