Without doubt the most disgusting customer service I have ever been subject to in my life, the directors and senior staff should be embarrassed. First off I don\\\'t understand what they actually do for us, other than add charges all over the place, as every time we have a problem they refer us to the landlord. They will pester you (up to 6 calls a day, during work hours) for the most minute of information, yet take literally weeks to respond to your enquiries (We have been in the property for 4 months and they still have not removed the \\\'To Let\\\' sign).

The inventory check-in was also done without us present, meaning if there is any dispute on the check out, we won\\\'t have a leg to stand on. This is just scratching the surface of the huge list of problems we have had with this company. Extremely unprofessional, several rude staff members, you\\\'ll have to sign the same paperwork multiple times as they are completely disorganised, and despite this, they\\\'ll make assumptions about all sorts.

Do not use them, and caution anyone you know about using them. We decided they were dreadful before even making an offer on the property, but that the property was so nice that we\\\'d tollerate it. Don\\\'t make the same mistake, no property is worth having to deal with them!
