Dealing with these guys upon entry is like being tested like the queen. That's where it stops. As soon as you sign on the line you are out in the cold. Broken garden light and we couldn't have a shower as the handle was broken by the builders, but that's ok I can phone Astons! Telling you they were not even interested in the slightest would be miles away. Upon leaving the property they came round for inspection and let themselves in 30 minutes before they were due, probably to get together a game plan. Then they were half an hour late and took £40 from our deposit because we did not trim a blackberry bush to their liking! When chasing my deposit I called them three times, git hung up on, got a rude response and it was not until I sent an email threatening to take it further that my deposit was released. I refused to believe that all estate agents were obnoxious idiots but in this case they were right.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Treated us like human beings and not tried everything to keep the deposit. Not lie about the landlord requesting to see the property and generally not being obnoxious *. I was about 30 seconds from not getting m deposit back but now I do I hope I don't bump into them anytime soon.Attached Filesnbsp;

HI Joe...thanks for your review...if you do come from this area please call me to discuss. Awards not worth the paper they were written on to be honest...Brown and Merry very good agent they are second when it comes to sells in the MK16 area... Allagents 67% bad reviews on *******************************************...I have taken a screen shot of this as I dont believe Allagents will post my responce ...

We sell more property in Newport Pagnell than any other Agent...We have done this for the last 6 years with a 30% plus market share. Sorry you feel this way. I do not worry about the other Agents. I concentrate on selling & letting property. Please call me to discuss your concerns. ...
