We cannot rate Bradleys Estate Agents highly enough!!

From the first appointment we made to value our property, Nic and his team have been the most friendly, professional and efficient Estate Agents we have ever dealt with. Once we had instructed Bradleys, the advertising material and photographs of our property were produced quickly, to a very high standard, and view 'live' to view through various websites within just a few days. Any members of staff who would be accompanying potential buyers visited our property beforehand to get to know where everything was before showing people around (something we have NEVER experienced from any other agent!), and always removed their shoes upon entering our house (again, not many agents think of doing so).

Following Bradleys newest member of staff, Lynn's, first solo viewing, which happened to be our property, Bradleys successfully found a buyer just three weeks of marketing it, and we accepted an offer very close to the asking price. Throughout the whole selling process, Nic and his team have kept us up-to-date with every stage, answered any queries with the speed and professionalism you would ideally expect, and have done all the chasing of solicitors etc, on a regular basis, taking away all the normal headaches and stresses one usually experiences during this stage! He even phoned us while we were on holiday in Spain to keep us updated of how things were progressing back home.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bradleys to anyone, and would like to thank all the team at the Okehampton Branch - you really are a credit to the Estate Agents industry!!

The agents fees were higher than some cheaper options but the final selling price achieved was much higher than the suggested marketing price of the "cheap" agents so even after the fees we were still well ahead of the competition.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). Complaints Procedure

1. Bradleys is a Member of The Property Ombudsman's Scheme and aims to provide the highest standards of service to all our Customers. To ensure that your interests are safeguarded, an Internal Complaints Procedure has been implemented. This provides for the matter to be dealt with internally by the Office Manager or the Department Head. In the event that we are not able to deal with the matter to our mutual satisfaction after following our Internal Complaints Procedure you may refer your complaint in writing to the Property Ombudsman.

2. If you believe you have a complaint, please write in the first instance to the Office Manager or the Department Head at the address of the relevant office.

3. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days, investigated thoroughly in accordance with the established in-house Procedures, and a reply sent to you within 21 working days of receipt of your letter.

4. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the initial investigation, you are provided with a further opportunity to have the complaint reviewed by our Managing Director at the address given below:
