This is the worst agent I have ever seen in my life. I rented many propoerties in Leicester during the last 5 years and I couldn't find like these rude and unprofessional people. I wrote this review after dealing with them many times since last December and I fed up with this agent. The last problem is that I contacted them regarding one of their propoerties more than 5 times and every time I got different answer. They are not organised as one of the ladies said the flat is available and the other lady said the flat is not available. If you want to arrange a viewing this is another story as you have to chase them and you may need to send an appeal in order to arrange a viewing. They ignored me many times waiting for other customers as they want to arrange all viewings in the same day. Do not trust them if they said we will call you back!! because they will never call you back.
What agent could do to change your mind?

Unfortunately Sir, we need access to properties to make repairs....like we tried to do so several times!! yet you still live in the property and don't mention your concerns to anyone at the office.
Please feel free at any time to contact us, rather than be rude and "unprofessional"" on a review site, we like to work face to face.
I would ask all our landlords and tenants please give us your feedback.... ...
